Poor hospitality, poor service at restaurant, room had smell,

I booked a premium room for three days. The room was clean and spacious, they provided bathroom slippers and toiletries. The staff including the one at the reception, the one taking orders for room service as well as the staff serving at the restaurant, all were extremely polite and well trained. Coming to the food, everything that I ordered was well cooked and seasoned. They have a parking space as well. This hotel will provide you great service overall. I had no complaints at all. I was actually surprised by the fact that such hospitality can be provided in a tier three city. I wish that they would sustain this in the future as well I booked a premium room for three days. Property' location is ok. The food is bad. I did not like the taste at all. The amenities and services are also very poor. The room provided seemed very old. Fittings were hanging out and washroom was also very dirty. Room lights were always flickering and some of the lights were not working at all.

House keeping not on time for cleaning of room had to remind. Did not specify that dinner which was booked during booking at mmt there was a capping of 500 Rs and extra food cost had to be paid by me despite booking breakfast and Dinner how is one expected to have a dinner at a ceiling of 500 Rs

Room is good, though without any view, lock takes a while to unlock, no toilet paper, vegetarian dishes are well prepared, not so the non vegetarian ones.

Staff is very helpful and well respect. Bed and working place is very comfortable.

Location was not great. Inside a narrow lane. The food was really good. As were the amenities. The staff was really helpful and prompt. My only complaint was that the bathroom curtain was disgusting. Other than that great stay.

You can not expect more than this at such remote outskirt type city. Though it is towards a costlier side the tariff for stay but make my trip does the discount part.
