Excellent Stay
location is damn good.....just beside Ken river...just 2km from madla ghat.....staying is a little bit costly but services are very good....foods are super tasty and always served hot.....I loved it....next time I will again choose this resort

terrible stay at Panna
Location is good, but stay was terrible due the facilities provided at the cost. We stayed with family in suite room - but the suit room at the cost they are charging is not justified. We stayed there between April 13-15 and AC was not working in the middle of night. And, they could shift to different room dud to fully booked situation. It was really pathetic in the middle of night with family , and finally we had share room with another family. Maintenance is not great, food us moderated- overall service is pretty bad.

Very poor experience
Location is not ideal to go out and explore the riverside. Food was good but a lot of improvement is required for on hygiene front . There was no maintenance of the amenities provided in the room . The geyser was not working when we checked into our room and the staff made it functional after several attempts. Even the reception staff tried to send us to another property nearby on the pretext of overbooking of their hotel . Even the food bill charged was too high for the quality and variety of food being served in this property. Overall not worth the high room rent being charged for the very poor facilities provided in this resort .

Awesome place, amazing views, superb food,
We were looking for properties in Panna that offered a beautiful view along with peace and tranquility without going over budget, and this resort provided all that and more. The beautiful Ken river flowed behind the resort and we could access the bridge and dip our toes in the crystal clear waters of the river. The staff, including the caretaker Man Singh ji, staff members Nitesh ji and Ravi ji took extremely good care of us. The cook was amazing and every dish was freshly prepared and finger-licking good. All of us, including the kids, gorged on the delicacies served to us. This place is highly recommended for the views of dark star-spandled sky, the hospitality, and the food.

Good Stay
groupProperty was good. View from backside was excellent. Staff was helpful and cooperative. Although ground floor toilet had seepage issues

coupleamazing location, hospitality was awesome, food was delicious, the room that I took (suite facing river) was beautiful. I liked everything about this resort, and I would love to stay here again if I went back to Panna

Poor Stay
1. The location and view is good. 2. Hygiene and other amenities need to be improved. 3. Rate is very high as compare to facilities.

Hotel atmosphere
familyGood hotel and very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel. Food is also good. They arranged a safari.
