I have visited this place with family. Location on road, room cleaning need more effort, food was just average 3

Terrible experience... Dirty room and bathroom.. Staff behaviour was very rude, arrogant and non responsive..

The location was heavenly and the food was also good. But there was a lack of basic amenities like fans and toil papers. Some of the geezers, showers, and the tv were not working. Kishan (the guy working there) was really helpful and polite.

First of all room is very dirty as there is no cleaniness and there is mosquito in the room and there is no fan and we all were s wetting as we booked 2rooms

Very bad behaviour of staff; no electricity overnight, please notice this complain by owner; it a humble request

Worst experience i could ever had. Firstly it is located far far away from nainital it took me around 1 and a half hr to reach here. Secondly hosts are very very lazy. Rooms dont have any kind of ac and i was shocked seeing that not even any fans. Geyser was there but not working. All the reusables were dirty- bedsheets and towels. They just provide a very small soap and thts it

Cleanness is very bad. Service and behaviour of staff also bad. Waste of money. I am not happy from this hotel

The rooms were not clean, the bedsheets were torn and they don't change them everyday, we booked the breakfast option but they only serve 2 things and the staff and owner lie and talk rudely. There were no amenities and there was ne electricity and the washroom got filled with water and the food was also not good. Ignore the positive reviews, we also read them and we are regretting that.

Rooms were clean, staff was humble

Location was easy to access. But the amenities provided were not up to the mark such as bathroom tap was broken, continuous power cuts were there, electric cattle was not working, electric geyser was of very small size, linens were not white, tv was not working, no continuous wifi was there i had to face a lot of trouble as my mobile network was missing.

We want to hotel himalaya with my family and we booked 2 rooms when entering the room tv not working, geyser not working horrible service and pathetic food don’t be stay in hotel himalaya

This hotel is 15 km from nainital in pangot village, no internet, no google map works there so it's very terrible to search this hotel. It takes 2 hours to reach hotel from nainital. No parking at all, so they ask you to park car on road. Very dishonest staff. I had lost my room key so they charged me 5 times than the actual lock cost. They use very simple lock not more than rs. 200. Breakfast system is also not good. Over all hotel is not worthy as per the cost.

Most of the things in the hotel were broken. The manager asked extra money for extra bed, even when it was included in the booking price.

Very bad experience

Its my worst hotel i have booked till date. Wifi not working, tv not worked, next day hotel staff got it repaired then i got to know they are still using antenna soo no channels to watch, food is expensive with no taste. In all i would seriously recommend not to stay in this hotel rather there were more hotels nearby with same rates n more facilities

The hotel service is very bay there is lots of mantance in a room. Tv is not there and towel also not place switch is also not working please check all things when u giving a room first and last stay in this hotel

rooms are not in good condition and staff don't know about hospitality because of that i immediately checked out from hotel and moved to different location.

The rooms and staff at pangot himalayan view was good. The food was excellent. The location is a bit far from nainital but all the seven points can be seen in way to nainital. The only negative that i can say is the rooms needs refurbishing. It was very dirty when the hotel satff gave us the room. Specially the bed and bathroom.
