Review Of Pangarh Lake Retreat

I had booked a hotel in chitorgarh for two nights from make my trip.. The pictures and reviews were really good so i thought it's a good hotel. But it turned out to be a dhaba like place. There was no real road to reach no tv in the room, with kids you need tv. And if you have listed your hotel under 4star and 5star rating a small thing like tv was expected. Or at-least a basic reception area where the guest can fill-out the form for checkin, that too was missing. There was no reception area to welcome the guest, the guy took me to some shady place and said this is the restaurant. The property is so inaccessible that we were barely able to find it with google maps, and there were literally no roads to the property. We drove simply by guessing that this might be a way. With no cellular connection or road connectivity this property is a serious security concern for anyone who tries to stay with family. We demanded a full refund but haven't received it.
