I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were excellent. The food was delicious with a good variety, and overall the experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Rooms were good but the pool area was below average as they dont maintain cleaniness. Room service was above average but we asked for a balnket cover for our extra bedding and they were reluctant to provide it at first but when we pushed they provided the same. We would rate it 3.5 out of 5z

Location: ok, not bad.. our room was 'river and fort view' but river view was not pleasant. more of canal and not so much clean.. food: extraordinarily bad.... restaurant:don't remember, I have ever saw plastic cutlery on a four star property. amenities: only One litre bottle for two adults and you are charging 4800 for a day. Body towels : I don't think they have ever changed them since they were purchased for the first time. staff: doesn't look very professional, dirty and non-ironed uniforms

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of both local and continental items. The room service was prompt and courteous. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to major attractions and transportation hubs. The environment was peaceful and secure, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any worries. Housekeeping was consistent and maintained high standards of cleanliness. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was excellent and exceeded expectations in many ways. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

My stay at this hotel was average. While the location is convenient and the staff was courteous, cleanliness was a major concern. The room appeared tidy at first glance but had several issues—dust on surfaces, stains on the bedsheets, and a bathroom that clearly needed more thorough cleaning.

The stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and well layedout. The bathroom needs attention of management. Towels were though clean but old,there is no separate cubicle for bath area hence whole bathroom becomes wet/dirty. The hotel has a Rooftop Restaurant which over looks the fort, at night it looks beautiful. Food is delicious. The hotel has adequate parking which is partialy covered. The staff is pretty responsive. The property is very close to the fort entrance.

Room, location and view from the terras were good. The breakfast buffet is very limited (no eggs for example). Furthermore, I had the feeling not everything was fresh.

Very poor management. Hotel claims it as 4 star which is far away from truth . No 4 star level sitting space at reception . They claim that railway station transfer is provided but they cheated on this score. They offered me for auto . Location is also not good . Plastic chairs in balcony are full of dust and scratches. Their welcome drink is a 250 mL water only. Very limited food items in restaurant which is basically used as Party place for outsiders.Though quality of food was good. Major channels in TV were not available . Most disturbing thing was behaviour of gentleman ( he did not disclosed his name ) sitting at reception . He was most casual and irritating. God save from such hotel.

Clean and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and lots of space. Very kind staff and great value for money.

Wonderful experience in the hotel. Though o was not expecting much from a city like Chittorgarh but it treated me well. Very good service and food was served. Breakfast buffet was also very nice. All the staff members were very cooperative as I was travelling with my kid, took many IRD services all this was quick which made my stay convenient.
