Hopeless sevice, tv not working, water tap damaged, ac damaged, toiletries not available. Swimming pool locked.

Arrived post mid night and i was told that there are no rooms available as the latest check in time is 2300 hrs, after a lot if arguements, i was allotted a room, no hot water in the morning and the staff was very very rude

Very nice place for stay specially with kids as their are swings and children park available. Food was average and a little bit costly. Swimming pool was non operational during our visit. Overall its a nice place to stay with family away from city pollution.

This was my third visit to the property. That itself suggest that I like this place. I best part of the property is the location. Its away from the busy Tinsukia town and very close to the Dibusaikhuwa reserve and Maguri beel. The property is well laid out with good parking place which is away from the rooms. It has a good children playing park with lots of slide and ride and also some birds and a fish pond. Young parents would really appreciate that. The front desk staff were really helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean with basic amenities. The food however was not very satisfactory. On my last visit, there was a wedding reception going on in the property, which was quite disturbing. Other than that I love staying in this place.
