I recently stayed at Royal Highness , and while the property itself was decent, I was quite disappointed by the behavior of some of the staff.
Housekeeping and Reception:
From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. I had to wait unnecessarily long for check-in, and any questions I asked were met with rude or indifferent responses. The housekeeping staff were no better — they were unprofessional, ignored basic requests, and even entered the room without knocking on one occasion, which was a complete breach of privacy.
Room Service:
Thankfully, the room service staff were the one saving grace of my stay. They were polite, prompt, and always had a smile on their faces. Orders were delivered on time and handled with care, which made a big difference in an otherwise frustrating experience.
Conclusion:
The management seriously needs to address the behavior and training of the housekeeping and front desk teams. A hotel stay is about hospitality — and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking
here except from room service. I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
