    Recently had an opportunity to stay at Hotel Royal Highness for a night with wife and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent with all commercial hubs within walking distance. The room provided was nice with all basic amenities and food was awesome. Receptionist was also very helpful. Overall had a nice experience.

    Everything was nice. Food quality was good. Location is fine easily approachable. Only thing i don't like bed sheet was not clean. Other things was good, staff behaviour was also good

    Recently stayed for 1 night at Tinsukia for marketing purposes with wife. The location of Hotel is excellent with everything nearby. The staffs were very friendly and room was also nice with all basic amenities. The food was ok. Overall had a pleasant stay.

    Disappointing Staff Behavior, Except Room service

    I recently stayed at Royal Highness , and while the property itself was decent, I was quite disappointed by the behavior of some of the staff. Housekeeping and Reception: From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. I had to wait unnecessarily long for check-in, and any questions I asked were met with rude or indifferent responses. The housekeeping staff were no better — they were unprofessional, ignored basic requests, and even entered the room without knocking on one occasion, which was a complete breach of privacy. Room Service: Thankfully, the room service staff were the one saving grace of my stay. They were polite, prompt, and always had a smile on their faces. Orders were delivered on time and handled with care, which made a big difference in an otherwise frustrating experience. Conclusion: The management seriously needs to address the behavior and training of the housekeeping and front desk teams. A hotel stay is about hospitality — and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking here except from room service. I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

    If you call yourself a 3 star hotel then you need to really buckle up. The guests visiting you, sometimes, are really looking for an opportunity to point on good, something different experience. Your guests should really feel that you are there to serve you. I did not feel the hospitality. I was definitely comparing this hotel with all the other hotels that i have stayed paying equal bucks. Casual attitude of the staff. When asked the next morning, they told me that they simply forgot to place a water bottle in my room. The building is good, great ambiance. But it all felt like unchi makaan feeka pakwan. Please do better to get a 4 or 5 star.
