Hotel is under construction no wifi no cleaning they provide us a used room where we found beer bottle and other stuff lights were not properly working its terrible experience

Pathetic experience room was really untidy no tv or any other amenities was there, really disappointed. I have done the booking for 2 days when i got to know first day things are not right i requested team to cancel the booking for next day but they denied the request.

Not recommended for family, as they are asking extra charges to give you room, as am aware of that so am not pay any extra. Even they don't have necessary amenities in their room.

Stay was decent but they need some little maintenance in rooms n washrooms as well but staff and property is good.

Super unsafe : 10-15 boys sleeping outside the room. No proper lock. At midnight, they asked me for 1000₹ after doing full payment. I will never visit again. It was a horrible experience for me.

Was in the worst condition one can ever imagine of, the bedsheets pillows covers etc all were in were very poor unhygienic situation and and the whole room was full of dust and such a bad experience in total also we were denied check in when we were trying to check in. Also. The pictures shown the place is very different in real.

They charged 500 rs extra and room what mentioned isn't provided. Ac tv wasn't working. Toiletries and towel were not provided. Bedsheet was dirty, requested to change but they didn't.

When you visit in hotel, they ask you a lot more extra amount otherwise not allow you to checkin.

Stay was normal , could have maintained better . Air conditioner didn’t work for straight two days till my stay but couldn’t get refund for AC charges . Most importantly it’s not the price as it shows in mobile app ,even after online payment tou need to pay extra 200₹ at the site making 1200₹ /day or some times even more

Hotel staff charged extra payment. He was doing rude behaviour. He said for checkout before the time

I called the hotel after booking it through mmt, one of their executive picked up and i asked him that my booking is under the name of ishan. He said your booking is confirmed with us but you need to pay 1000 rs. I told him that but the amount is approx 750 he said if you want to visit here you need to pay 1000rs or else don't com and co ordinate with mmt people. Don't call us

Even after booking for a room with breakfast service, breakfast was not provided. Had to follow up multiple times for the breakfast. The breakfast bought was pathetic. The bathrooms were not cleaned.

Please skip this hotel. It shouldn't even be on mmt. The owner vihaan fools the guests by telling them that no rooms are available even when confirmed on mm t unless they pay rs 500/night more. The hotel is advertised at low price just to lure guests in to fleece them during check in.

Great location, good rooms, nice ac and good service

It was clean and comfortable. Hotel looks like good but somehow staff was rude and asking for discount part that customer has to talk with mm t as they give property with 1000 rs. So if you get it at 600rs. Then they refused to provide room but somehow after doing argument then they provide room.

That was hopeless, after me paying for the room, i was not allowed to enter into the hotel room and was told that he won't be giving me the room, this was the worst travel experience i had in my entire life.

Totally waste of money. No lift in a 4 floor building. No kitchen to serve breakfast and food but they charge it for you. Very bad beds and sheets.
