Very bad service they just charged money for stay no complimentary water bottle

We have been booked executive rooms and later on shifted to standard rooms, ron’s conditions are very bad, ac is not working properly, frequent light gone or purposely closed. Even ac purposely shutdown. Ac during running conditions gives too much water and even can not give other rooms. No facility in the batch rooms -dirty buckets. No towel available and batch accessories on time. It is the wastage Need hospitality training to the personals very much

Most terrible place. Worst hotel to book. They took extra time for our check in. No toiletries, no water bottles, no towel. Ac was not working properly. During night they had power cut. We had to move to 2rooms because of the room issue. In morning there was no water supply.

The bedding was very dirty and after complaining they didn’t even bother to change it. Rooms are stinky. And they don’t have enough staff to attend the guest.

The receiption don't know how to manage things they don't have any facilities no tv no soap i have asked for a tea after one hour they replied they don't have milk for tea
