Review Of Ocean Mist Beach Homestay

The hotel is a homestay on top of the owner's house. Dont expect much, it's decent. But not really worth for the price. The geyser or A/C didn't work at all for the one night we stayed. However, it is only 25meters walking distance to the beach. And this part of beach is perfect, away from the crowds, maintained cleanly as well. Breakfast will be provided in the neighbouring resort owned by the owner as well, the food was decent, however the place for serving is filled with crows, birds and other animals making the place very unhygienic.

The stay was pleasant. The owner showed lot of hospitality throughout our stay. Ready to help for all needs. Only thing that in the hotel description it should be mentioned that it is in 1st floor and there is no lift. So it becomes a little difficult for senior citizens. Rest all was good. They have big family rooms with easy access to the beach.

Wonderful location. Just 10 mins away from the murudeshwar temple. Right on the beach which is very clean with soft white sand. Sea water was also clear. They arrange food in a nearby resort which is close by -50 meters walking distance. Food quality was good and prices were reasonable. The icing on the cake was that they put a table on the beach to enjoy your food. All in all, a very good stay option at murudeshwar.

We stayed for a day in murudeshwar and this home stay is good for family. The host rehmat is very polite and takes care of the guests well. Both the rooms on first floor have sea view and close for swimming and pleasant walk by sea shore Nearby to the shiva temple. Recommended for family visit.
