The property's location is fine but construction was happening constantly all over the place and there was constant noise and smell. Some event was happening, of which music was so loud till 12 pm. Ideally they should have closed the property or informed the customers regarding construction work. This has given a bad experience and over priced stay.

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Breakfast . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.& special thank to akhil kamboj..!!

Old date drinking water bottles should be checked and replaced regularly.

I checked in on 12.04.2025 and checked out on 13.04.2025. Everything was good but I had to ask 2-3 times to change water of old date (27.03) and they changed also.

Review (One-Night Stay) Ambience & Food: The ambience of the property was impressive, and the food was OK (little overpriced). However, given the high room charges, high tea should have been complimentary.. Room Experience: At first glance, the room seemed fine, but multiple issues arose during my stay: The refrigerator wasn’t working, though the staff replaced it promptly The WiFi was initially down but was fixed after troubleshooting. The TV stopped working, which was resolved, but then the remote batteries died and had to be replaced. The ceiling fan had only two settings—full speed or off—making it difficult to adjust. Hygiene Concern: The most disappointing part was experiencing itching throughout the night, possibly due to bed bugs. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.. Final Verdict: While the property itself is beautiful, the room experience was frustrating due to multiple maintenance issues. Basic checks should have been done before allotting the room. These shortcomings overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

Don't visit if you have infant or low temp issue.

Ac was not functioning properly. Too low temp for infant. He caught cold. They made us change room at 10 pm. In that room also ac was not functioning. I had to switch on and off a/c full night.
