The hotel they show you in pics and the one they make you stay aren’t the same, they don’t provide and towels or bath essentials. It’s a really bad experience

The hotel shifted to another residence that was full of mosquitoes. The cleaning was also not good and service was not upto the mark.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic noida royal residency hotel, and it truly deserves a 5-star rating. From the moment i walked in, the staff's warm welcome and impeccable service made me feel like a valued guest. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and a stunning view. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel's facilities, were top-notch, providing relaxation and convenience during my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the guests' comfort and satisfaction. I can't wait to return for another memorable visit. Highly recommended!

This was a nightmare for me, i booked this place for two nights, and stayed only 5 hrs and book another hotel immediately and shift there, only good thing was staff behaviour. And it was quite expensive. Dirty room, bedsheet smell like hell, broken toilet, faulty exhaust, burned food and list is goes on

Location is fine, however property is not maintained and rooms were below grade. Old worn off furniture and dirty walls. Rooms were not clean and manager is not cooperative at all.

The budget-friendly hotel offered a decent stay with clean rooms and basic amenities. The service was excellent, and the staff seemed very cooperative and friendly also the food they provided is delicious.

Seriously, this place is a gem! The food at this hotel is terrific, it was so delicious and also tasted like home food. And let's talk rooms—pure luxury!
