Room service was poor. It took one hour to prepare check out. Two more customers were raising their concern at reception counter.

Got stuck in lift, pressed alarm but no one came for help. Poor management . No proper arrangement for breakfast also

Very poor experience. Toilet was dirty, even after requesting they have not cleaned it. Towels were not available, bedsheet was stinking. Have provided twin bed arrangement instead of double bed. Room service was very poor. No hangers in cupboard. Trays was dirty. Unprofessional behaviour.

Good and nice property
We reserved it for 1 day. Mr. Vijay chauhan on front desk is very helpful persons. Very nice and fast service. Food was so yummy. View from room was amazing.

Normal stay
coupleUpkeep was ok, but room service and house keeping was not good. Towels are not provided, we have to call for it. Morning tea service use to take 30 minutes.

Average hotel
Bathroom- only one towel for double occupancy, no bath mats, no face towels. Even we called twice for all that for 2 rooms we booked only 1 bath towel was given. Food was average. Salad was too salty with lots of kasuri methi

Good Stay
All good but not fully satisfied. I had requested for iron after several reminders, said that don’t have it.

Great experience residing for a day in sirsa
It was a good experience in nishuraj resort. The services were good and quick. The room was well maintained and the services provided by staffs were outstanding. My wifey loves the picture of lord krishna present in the reception area.

Room was not cleaned even some searing and injections are there cigrates packets are there don't know how they clean the room after guest checkout but after my complaint they change y room

The hotel is good but housekeeping was not upto the mark. Breakfast served was half cold. Sambar and puris were cold
