Ac not working, telephone not working, no provision for hot water drinking, the doormat is too dirty n dusty, the curtains are too dusty, the blanket provided is not fit for two persons, dampness on wall, overall not proper

businessWe had to park our car on road, our room was on second floor and had no lift, the reception people never picks up the call. And every-time we asked for water they’d give us kinley bottles which had their seal open since they were refilling those. The room was decent and big however the experience of the stay ag atithi grand was bad.

The location of the Hotel was good. I went there for my official purpose. I did not have the food there. I ate from outside. Room services and housekeeping were up to the mark. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a good experience.
