Review Of New Residency

No geyser in the room, no coperation from the management, one land line phone number given in the card but not working, another mobile number is given and that is the owner's number but he doesn't lift the phone. Room is stinking very poor maintenance, nobody is there hear our complaint. They have given a key and nothing else, we have to vacate and go. I have never stayed in such a worst place.

Very bad bathroom facilities, room not clean, bad odour also

Room no furniture. Full of cowebs. Shower tap broken. No hot water. Infact this is a disgraceful place to stay and degrades

Ok. As payment was done so force to stay here. They have charge 500 extra for given ac room. We are senior citizens of age 70 and force to lift the luggage ourself, as they have no porter etc

Don't book this room. It isn't even worth this amount. They don't provide water, bedsheets, or towels. All they have is dirty bedsheets and a fan which is rotating even more slowly than a snail. I don't recommend this to anyone. The con is that they provide a lot of parking space. If you want to book after reading all this, go directly so you will get a room than this displayed price.

The host was really welcoming. The rooms were new and cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. It is close to ma-hi church and also the park. Bud stop is close by to travel to kozhikode pr thalassery
