1 no sanitizer 2 tv was there but only one plus either tv can be connected or setup box 3 no active setup box 4 no drinking water in room or glass. No towel

Room is good, but there is no room service, no one is there in hotel we stayed alone, little scary, and the is no proper guidance for property we searching for 1hr,

1. There is no sign board, we found it difficult to find the building once reached. No breakfast was provided saying no kitchen in the hotel and informed.

while am handover the room in first day no cleaning room and rest rooms. No room boy service. No blankets. No water. No tv. No food facilities. Food need to buy 1. 5km away from this hotel. No ac/fanno phone to communicate reception. No more peoples in reception. No incharge. Phone picked up some time only. Totally our family not satisfied. Wasted my money. I think better stay in my car is worth compare this hotels. Actual room pictures is differents compared. 2/10 my points for this hotels.

The stay wasn't pleasant at all. The description wasn't accurate. There was no complementary breakfast, no soaps, no glasses or jugs provided and also towels were provided after being asked. At our arrival, there was no one at the reception and had to call the owner to fetch the keys. I paid extra for complementary breakfast but didn't get any. So it was a terrible stay

They told us to travel 4 kms outside to glass house yelagiri farm hotel to eat the breakfast for which we had paid. We stayed in green's inn. No. I would like refund for the breakfast

It seems small apartment only not a hotel, no restaurant. No service person, no amenities.

1- no towels given in the birthrooms. Not provided even after asking multiple times. 2- water sippage in all the rooms they have showed to select from. 3- real owner or manager never there in the hotel. Only the care taker was there. 4- approaching road to the hotel - not good and very narrow. 5- considering all the service seen, price seems very very high.

Seems like newly constructed building, room appearances are good, every room has dedicated water heater. But the cleaning / room maintenance was not even average. Blankets were with bad odor. They turned off the power supply post 7 am till 12 am. Later they switched on the power supply, god knows the reason. I don't recommend for families.

we couldn’t find the property and the mentioned location was wrong it’s completely opposite.there is no water while we checked in and tv was there but not recharged total boring and the main thing is heater problem

Rooms are big and clean but no soap towels are provided. It's quite far from hotels.

Room was of descent size and looked clean.So was the bathroom. Service at the hotel was pathetic.We ordered tea and coffee on arrival with some snacks.The receptionist said it will take 15 mins which was delivered after 1.5 hours. No toiletries were provided until requested. Owner said post covid we have stopped. We were expecting new pack only and not some used stuff if anyone. 🙄That also took them 1 hr to deliver. blanket doesn't seem to be washed. No provision of food. This should have been clearly stated in the amenities detail while booking. TV was not recharged. Even on request it was not done until 2 hrs. The guy was making some excuses to pass the time since our stay was only for a night by saying only Tamil channel comes. We said okay get us that only. Then after shouting he got it done. Overall this place doesn't meet the criteria of a basic hotel or home stay.

Have booked 4 rooms with breakfast as they have mentioned veg-breakfast buffet but when we asked they said we don't have buffet services. We have asked towels but they said we don't provide towels. Rooms are also not clean. There is no wash basin in my room. Tv remote is there but no tv.

Nice movement nice palace in yelagiri

1. The washrooms were not clean. 2. One room did not have washbasin. 3. For 4 guests, they gave one small soap and no towels 4. There was no food available nearby despite advertising room service.
