The location was nice and easy to reach there. Kind of cleanliness, facilities and security they provided were good. The property was very neat and clean. The caretaker was nice and friendly. The rooms were big and comfortable. But it would be better if they would have arranged our stay on the first floor instead of ground floor. I want to recommend this property to others.

It was a comfortable stay, we reached there very easily. The property located near to the Beach. The staff was very helpful, and the property is safe. Cleanliness was a little concern, rest all was very good. And we can recommend this property to others.

Cleaniness and good behaviour

I had booked 2 double bed AC rooms for 3 days from 2nd October in New Blue Homes Service Apartments Pandurangapuram, Visakhapatnam. Plot No 44, H. No- 7-5-11, Pandurangapuram, After reaching hotel we saw that only one room is available and the manager of the hotel given our another booked room to another person as rent. The manager was rude and behaved in an ungentlemanly with us and made us wait for 4 hrs to provide another room. My aged parents were with me. They were harassed in this way. This is really bad experience.

Staff are cooperative due to booked hotel is full they arranged in different hotel (New blue homesl). They informed me immediately. The hotel is 6 km away from station. But it was good. Thanks

Great place to stay.home away from home. Very friendly staff. Close to beach for perfect location. Very tidy rooms for comfort stay. Kitchen is inside there and one can get most of the dishes. Great value for money. Would recommend it to lonely travelers , couples and family groups. Thums up blue homes.
