No food service. Ambience is not good. Room service boy not available before 8 in the morning. No dental kit available. Also very old towel provided

The room is Not clean..Bathroom water is so dusty.. Poor response from the management.. worst service people..

It is a pathetic hotel, hotel is on the third floor and the lift was not working, toilets were filthy and the beds had bed bugs. Please don't go. Waste of money

It's a very bad hotel. The staff are careless and rude. Though i booked an executive room it was terrible. There was no water in the morning neither hot nor cold.

They are not providing basic service. Very bad service. They are not maintaining the hygiene also. Hotel should not in make my trip list

The location was good, also the room was looking good but the mattress and blanket were not cleaned properly. Hot water in shower was provided during day time only. No intercom available in the room so you have to go to reception every-time for any issue or requirement.

Poor maintenance, a lack of proper staff, poor hygiene—all of these things should be reported to reception, where personnel are needed for pickup.

I was happy with the room and had very good and comforting night. The bed and ac was working well and the bath was big.

I'd rate it 1 out of 5. There was a cockroach in the cupboard and ants crawling on the bed pillow side. Seems the property is not maintaining cleanliness. T. V. Wasn't functional. On blanket there were traces of dead insects.

The hotel was extremely unclean. The person at the reception was rude and did not want to co-operate. The ac did not work and the rooms were dirty.

Ac stopped working in the middle. No remote for ac provided. Fan was noisy. The bed size was not proper. All toiletries viz toothpaste, toothbrush, etc not provided except for soap and shampoo. The extra bedding for kids charged extra 300. The total price was not as per the facilities given. The service should have been better for this cost.

We have booked ticket by seeing photos and room square feet mentioned for executive room. Have paid rs for 24 hours but money is totally waste, actual room size was very smaller than mentioned. We requested for other room, but coordination of manager through call was very rude. At night also so much noise from neighbour rooms. Too much disturbance. We are really felt very bad at that hotel. Will not suggest to travellers. Please look for some good hotel.

No room service, telephone not working, mosquitoes all around the room, no house keeping, terrible experience will not come again.

The hotel is at a good place. But the staff should have more responsibility. Rooms should be cleaned properly. Overall i will give an average rating. 2. 5 -3/5. Can do better.

Bath rooms and toilets not clean. No hospitality. Initially they did not provide towels, drinking water, soap. We had to request for the same. Overall experience was not good

Worst hotel bad smell rude behaviour by reception boy. Took 500 rupees extra from me. Why they took extra 500 for the same executive room as i booked

The property was terrible. Unfit for a family trip. Only one receptionist and an assistant. No service. Room was not cleaned. Linen were stained all over. Pillows looked 10 year old. Toilets could be better. Entire corridor smelt of cigarette smoke. Supposedly a deluxe room but was everything other than being one. Families please please a oid.
