It was an average stay, no television, no bathroom accessories. Owner was helpful other rest everything was normal

Very friendly people. Multiple options for food. Location is easy to find. Clean bathroom. Reasonable price. Overall experience is very good. Thankyou.

They don't maintain cleanses. Staff are cooperative only. But they don't have knowledge about hotel services

Not up to mark power backup but no any power backup last night of my stay 3 hours no power in hotel. I ask to hotel person they told me i can do any thing

The staff was not listening at all and was repeatedly speaking for no reason. The tv was not on when you said that the tv was on for just 5 minutes and 10 minutes or the deluxe hotel that you have written was not deluxe. Total money wasted

The property's location was okay. But, there was no printer in the hotel. Also, there wasn't any provision of food. The rest was average.

Non ac room 206 was too hot, if you are charging 1650 then you should at-least provide air cooler. Also hotel staff was asking for money because we spilled some food over bedsheet

Overall stay at natraj homes was good. The rooms are new, neat and clean. The hotel is slightly at an interior location but all places of interests like ram janambhoomi, hanumangadhi etc are all at walkable distance.

Nothing was there. Very poor quality rooms and services. I booked ac rooms and it showed up as non-ac so they took a bribery amount and made us trouble every moment of time. In rooms there is no hygiene seen. Spider webs and dirty muddy furniture bathroom was there. Ram lala mandir is very nearby but all the points related to hospitality of hotel was worst.

Expensive hotel, dirty washroom, bed, no balcony, disappointing experience. Staff was good .

The hotel is neat & clean. It is located between ram mandir & ram ki paidi. The staff are polite. Value for money hotel.

Terrible attitude of staff and owner. Bed linen and toiletries are horrible. Average bathroom cleanliness. Rates have been inflated due to the sudden serge, which is understandable. Hotel does not provide bills for any additional service (upgrade in room type as an example in my case, if asked they will write it in a plain piece of paper, which is a joke.

Poor quality of hotel management, bad behaviour of hotel staff, bad facilities, no food arrangement.

We stayed in the hotel for a day. It looks like a house converted into a hotel. We were given room which is just near the entrance. At the entrance there is small counter shabbily maintained counter supposed to be the reception. The room is very small. The noise of the people talking outside was disturbing us in the room. There is generator, no parking place. No restaurants nearby. Only plus point is its proximity to the temple. The room and toilets are not neat and clean.
