Pathetic location… Complete darkness… No water… No lights also.. rude behaviour by staff..

I was deceived by excellent past reviews. The reality is different. This hotel has spacious rooms; but, an extremely poor approach, poor amenities and terrible maintenance. I am attaching 3 photos, which show a clogged bathroom, cheap front door latch which couldn't be locked during our entire stay there, and, lack of any choice in the breakfast items served to us.

Friendly and professional staff, hygienic rooms, a garden, and a play area. The swimming pool is well-kept. The stay is in a location far from the city, offering clean air and a night sky filled with stars. However, you need to order food at least 2 hours in advance for lunch and dinner, as there are only one or two chefs on the property. There are no streetlights around this area, so avoid wandering outside after 7 pm. Google maps may suggest routes via unpaved roads, which could lead to dangerous situations.

Very interior and far away from the main road/town. Nothing nearby except farmland and narrow country road for ~ 5 kms. It could be a good place for an outing with a big group and for camping. Not suitable for small family trip if the purpose is to do sightseeing or lepakshi visit. There is very little to do for kids of elderly in here.

Good property. Clean swimming pool. Good outside exercise equipment. Lush green outside. Food is prepared of your choice
