Everything was fine.. property and maintenance was excellent.. food facilities and location was worth able

No maintenance for rooms , T.V was not working, bed sheets was also not clean , truly bad experience

The place is terrible with seepage all around. Absolutely rude staff. Old fashioned tv which is unserviceable. Torn linen. No towels. Stayed in deluxe room. Pictures and reality are very different. Poorly managed at a prime location and should be privatised.

Rooms are spacious and this is a heritage property, but cleanliness can be better and room service should be incorporated for senior citizens etc . Normal visitors are roaming in the property for the whole day which is raised security concern.

Room walls and ceiling full of fungus and dirty room. Wherever we go Hotel mayura was our favorite stay until now. Hotel mayura on Nandi hills was The Worst one in their list. Food was terrible and Not good at all. Overall Fully Unsatisfied stay.

Room was old, ceiling fan was not working and had cockroaches in bed

Food is absolutely not at per standard. Quality and make of the dishes are horrible. Only night time they provide room service, that too in aluminium foil ! half of the items from the menu they don't provide in room service. Asked for chicken kebab and soup for dinner. Soup they don't provide in room service and kabab was not made like kabab, it was a spicy chicken fry, full of oil with no chutney or mayonnaise. Restaurant is full of monkeys, one came inside and took idli from my breakfast plate...which is very risky and unhygienic.

Complementary breakfast not provided, Walls full of patches, No kettle, No mosquito repellent, Television not working, No bath towels, Terrible stay. One good thing, cottage is located at the top of the hill.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nandi Hills. The location is truly amazing, offering a direct view of the city which looks especially beautiful at night. The calm and peaceful surroundings made the night walk an unforgettable experience. The food was delicious and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

our experience in hill view cottage was very pathetic. the cottages are far away from main hotel area. also you need to walk almost 500m from where you will park your car. also they will only deliver food at night. lunch, breakfast, snacks everything you will have to go to the restaurant which is more than 2km away from the rooms. you can not get it in room because of monkeys.

I booked a deluxe room night and they have mentioned few facilities are included. However, we didn't get those facilities. There was no Kettle to make hot water, no towels, no complementary water bottle, not even a doormat. No basic things. No wifi. Not even room service. No sofa (which photo they have updated and mentioned was not available as usual). Actually the basic facilities they have mentioned in the booking apps are not available in the hotel. They don't even have options to order food from the room. But they have mentioned room service in the amenities. I don't think any hotel should charge that much per night and give no facilities.

1) very poorly maintained rooms water leeks from ceiling later changed room 2) car park to rooms, you have to carry luggage and climb about 150 meeters 3)breakfast, no buffey system, you have to wait Lang times for every item, very limited choices stayed in ktdc other hotels regularly when visiting karnadaka, but this hotel is horrible

The property was clean and well-maintained. But the food and eateries were not upto the standards. Most of the items in the menu were out of stock and taste was also not good.

It's a beautiful place one should stay and enjoy

The location of the property was very good but the food was very bad and the service was average.

The rooms are highly overprices. Rooms are very old and not maintained. Doors and walls are dirty. Towels and essentials are not provided in the room. We have to call to get the same. Even in one room the water is not there, we have to asked specifically for the water. Location is good as it is situated in the hills. Outside is maintained well, but rooms are terrible.

Not worth the price. State owned property. No room service. Property poor and dirty and not maintained. Dangerous property with now lights to reach room. Too slippery access roads.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel due to which I had to check out from here after 4 hrs since check-in. The room was full of dampness, smelly sheets, dark and lull rooms especially the bathroom. It looked like a BHOOT BUNGLOW. As if this was not enough, there was a power cut with no backup. It was completely dark in the evening itself, no lights in the bathroom or the lobby. On top of this, the area was full of monkeys, you'll never know when and where you meet one as you can't see in the dark. TERRIBLE STAY I am never going to visit his place

Review of Mayura pine top hotel *Food* - average 3.5. This is only available option at the hill top. Service is ordinary. Food taste wise 🆗. Price is ok for the Quantity & Taste. Not overpriced. But limited menu. *location*- the best location in Nandi Hills. From hotel room ( Gandhi nilaya new block) you can view sunrise and sunset. But beware of 🐵 monkeys. Cleanliness was good, room was spacious, bathroom was clean and you get hot water from Geaser. Facilities were limited - but if u r staying just for a day you can’t complain. You New’s to walk a lot to cover the areas for sight seeing. Recommended for all those who want to visit - book this Mayura hotel and go. Only then cars will be allowed to the top else you New’s to park and then walk for 4 kms to reach top
