It is a decent hotel. The rooms and bathroom are a bit small. The bed and service are good. Do keep in mind though that there is a steep climb to reach the hotel, so it is not very suitable for elderly people.

I got experience, they showing for park but owner denying, no water, room service very poor, owner rude behaviour, don’t choose this hotel,

There was mouse in one bed pillow, in second room kaani khajura was there which cn be very dangerous. We requested the owner for refund so that can go to another location as no water at all was there in washrooms due to some govt water line broken since 3, 4 days. We all 8 slept in one room with lights on and one person awaken whole night for safety of kids from mouse and insects. Now at 8 am we are vacating the rooms which has no facilities even to wash toilet. Kindly arrange full refund against this horrible booking. Thank you. Kapil kumar adlakha

The homestay location was very confusing, right now it is under construction, also some bas smell coming every time, some time water issue, also there is no filter water available for visitors either you need to purchase package bottle from market or drink municipal water.

Terrible experience, no basic amenities, not checked in and out, no flask for warm water, no toilet roll (provided with tissue on asking, room had paan or gutkha stains at 3 places at-least on walls. One socket only in room other one was broken.

No water, electric supply was poor, no cooperation by hotels members

Not as good as shown in pictures. Service is good but facilities are poor.

Fake room pics, bathroom leak, no mineral water, no tv, no kitchen, damage room door, bed, smelly blanket. Real location hidden. Poor behaviour. No intercom, damage electric switch, not safe

This is for the first time i have booked a worst hotel in nainital. 1st bad thing is the location of the hotel. Wrong location is posted on google maps. The actual location is minimum 1-1. 5km top of the hill from map location. 2nd one is no caretaker was available for the guests. They only come when your check out is over. They didn't pick any call. 3rd one is the condition of room is below average. Bad is broken on one side. Flash is not working properly in bathroom. 4th one is no tea, coffee and even mineral water bottle is available. But one good thing is that the manager nitin ji is helpful but i suggest you don't book this hotel.

staff is good, view is fine, and few distances from bus station

The location is good and the staff person suraj was very good.

You have to walk around 1 km after reacing the location, and aldo the location is so confusing..
