Ambiance in the corridor is bad un used matress cots were present there

Very poor service, burnt/Torn sheets were placed on bed, washbasin tap was moving 360 degree, TV remote not working, in TV only free and local language channels were playing, free water not provided in room, when asked for water cash was demanded, Breakfast was served without plate, spoon We never faced such issues in any hotel in my entire life

1 - terrible lift not working (my room is 4 th floor) tv not working room legit not working no land phone in room room bedsheets aloes not clean at-lest looking also not good. Total very bad experience to me and not expecting to make my trip taiaps this taip of hotels. I request to you please remove your your list this hotel.

Worst service and no facilities provided. Even ac also not working and no cliniliness. Don't prefer this hotel for stay.

We actually booked 2 ac rooms. But while check in, they told us there are no ac rooms. it is wrongly showing. If we want to stay in non ac rooms, they can provide. Otherwise we can cancel the rooms. But after had some scolding on them, they accepted to give us one ac room and another one is non ac room. With my mother we suffered a lot at that time. So look into it and return my money back.

I came in with reasonable expectations due to the pictures. I was immediately faced with nasty stained bedsheets when i entered and the room just got worse. The toilet clogged, there were cockroaches everywhere, and the parking was tragic. Horrible experience for a premium price. Do not go here.

It's waste of time to stay this hotel. Rooms are not clean and prompt response waste hotel ac is not working and remotes are not working

Not hygienic, wash room fittings are damage, no house keeping facilities, leakage from toilet comod, room telephone not working, manager behaviour is rude. My room no is 501

The stay was good, the property was near to the City, the location was easily accessible. Property was very clean, the rooms were also very clean and spacious and the facilities were available. We've tried the food and it was very good in taste and quality, overall a very good stay and a must recommend property.

Well maintained property. Easy to access location. Courteous staff, their services were also fine. Food was tasty and good in quality. Security arrangements were nice. Property was Worth for money.
