the room was in good condition. service is also good. receptionist behaviour is so good. he was talking like a professional. the hotel restaurant was also good. good quality food provided at an affordable price. morning breakfast was so tasty.

very comfortable stay. food, provided was too delicious 😋.staf behaviour was very nice. bathroom was very clean. hygiene maintained.smooth check-in overall very comfortable stay thankyou nk excellency 😊

No Excellency! Terrible place to stay!
familyThere was no running hot water despite several complaints on either of the 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. There was no Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor and since they didn’t have cable tv the lack of Wi-Fi meant the tv was not functional. Further we spotted big rats in the kitchen the day of our checkout.

familyWe were allocated 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. Even though the booing mentioned wi-fi and hot water there were neither. Since there was no wifi on the 3rd floor the tv was also not operational. We told the staff there was no hot water and they came and ran the tap and said it’s solar powered and to keep it running for 30 minutes and water will be hot. We ended up having the cold bath that afternoon. We complained again in the evening and they came and checked and found the geyser to be off and turned it on. There was still no hot water. Then they went upstairs to check the “valves” and we didn’t hear back from them. The next morning there was still no hot water. Further the bed sheets and pillow covers were all dirty/ stained when we first received them and had to get them changed. There were no towels in 1 of the rooms and in the name of toiletries there was 1 sachet of shampoo, no soap either. There are no decent restaurant around so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant and we saw big rats running around.

Terrible Stay
Its worse experience not good food and not service quality and no response from customer support team and very bad food quality and service management is not good

Poor Stay
Poor experience. It was an okayish experience until a bug flew onto my head at night in the room. Couldn’t sleep afterwards, and i had an exam the next morning. Breakfast was average at best, with very few options.

Excellent Stay
Room was layout fantastically and cleanliness of the room was up to the mark. The staff was good and their way of taking was commendable. Overall experience was good and if i will get again change in future to come to jodhpur, i would like to stay in this hotel.

Nice experience
Nice experience. All staffs were very nice and polite. Rooms were little small as compared to what price we pay. Service and food is amazing. But price is little higher. But quality and presentation 10/10.

Only good for two person only because bed size small and room good but no electric cattle in room only for stay in night pros hotel on road easy to reach cons bed size small no electric cattle for tea and coffee staff good in nature well mannered staff

Best at a price, clean rooms
Stayed for 3 nights including breakfast dinner food quality is best, good service, helpful l all staff, freshly made food items, hot water in bathroom on request,
