No branding on the site caused issues in property identification.
The number given for the property owner was unreachable.
There was no warm water available for the room whose primary selling point was a hot tub.
The room was not ready on our arrival late in the evening.
The plus point was that whence we finally were able to find the property, the host's mother greeted and welcomed us warmly and smilingly refreshed the sheets when requested - although the washroom and the place could do with a little more cleaning/freshening up for clients.
All in all, a decent property, but the absence and unreachability of the host caused issues, from location identification to absence of services and lack of preparedness.
