Review Of MKR RESIDENCY

I recently stayed at MKR Residency and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location and service were decent, the state of the room and bathroom left much to be desired. Room Condition: The walls in the room seemed like they hadn’t been properly painted in a while. The paint on the walls was peeling off in several spots, giving the room an unkempt and neglected feel. It was disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for the stay. AC Issue: The AC outlet in the bathroom was completely dropped and hanging, which not only looked unprofessional but also raised concerns about safety. This should have been checked and fixed prior to guests arriving. It was both uncomfortable and worrying to have such an issue in a space that should have been secure and functioning. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was another major disappointment. There was water consistently dropping from somewhere near the ceiling, making the floor slippery . To make matters worse, the walls and tiles in the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. The tiles had stains, and it looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in a while. For a place that charges a premium rate, I expected much better cleanliness and upkeep. Overall Thoughts: MKR Residency has potential, but the maintenance and cleanliness were major drawbacks during my stay. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure that future guests don’t encounter the same problems. I wouldn't recommend this place unless the maintenance and cleaning are significantly improved.

Delayed check in....1 room was given at 1:30pm and another room was given at 2:30pm...till that we had to wait outside...room walls and washroom are very dirty....with cockroaches spotted

The room's condition was very very poor, spider nets were there at corners, room paints were peeling off, and the rooms were smelling badly. Bathrooms were not clean. Jet spray was not functioning. Were left the rooms after staying for 6 hrs and just convey that such rooms should be deboarded from Mmt platform, such hotels will degrade mmt's reputation. I humbly request the authorities to kindly pay a visit and deboard such hotels from ur platform Jet spray was not functioning.

I have booked this place when I was in Rameshwaram, but I’ll definitely suggest to not to book in this place as there is no cleanness maintain their, and even there is no person on the reception desk to address you. Even the person sitting in the reception desk doesn’t sit there and it’s very difficult to search for them and wait for them. There is no proper service given No water bottle given and you have to ask hundred times for everything even for the towel.

Secondly the room was not neat ones and also AC is not working properly.

location is fine, staff behavior is good, lack of responsible persons, no parking, toilet seat covers not available, no remote gor air conditioner if somebody asks will say not available.

Very pleasant staff and behaviour also good need Wi-Fi availability on first floor and ambience a little needs to be improved

The stay was unpleasant. Rooms are way too congested and not very clean. On top of that the hotel person asked tips also 😁

No space in room. No soap, towel , smells foul in the room. Not preferred to stay even single or with family

Hotel service was not good. They don't even help to carry luggage to room and room was horrible with spider web and sad vive.

The hotel was average overall. The room was clean but lacked proper maintenance. Some amenities were missing, and the service was slow. The location was convenient, but the experience could have been better with improved hospitality.

it was amazing experience on time pick up and smooth drive well behaviour of conductor and before dispatcher all over is very good

The location of the place was very good.. its has close proximity to the rameshwaram temple. Service of the hotel was very good...staff were polite

Every think good but dustbin not clear also 2 day stay but not come for room wash room cleaning , location good
