not recommended this property... unprofessional staff, not getting wifi inside rooms..also not getting signal for any mobile network

The hospitality was not that great and the rooms were comparatively smaller considering its a 3 star

Its just close to the temple which makes the best part of this hotel. Breakfast served had limited options. Room were spacious but not that elegant. Reception staff didnt even bother to carry my luggage to my room.

Good food good location and good staff just few seconds reach to sea view

Very unprofessional staffs. Whatever we requested them only NO answer we got. Infact they charged for tea coffee also in our complimentary breakfast. So cheap management. But rooms are good.

Hotel fortune location is great, with dilicious food facility , cooperative staff and the view from balcony is a adorable.

Stay was good but they gave a very poor quality food which I got a severe food infection and admitted in the hospital..foods were all stored from a longer time, nothing was fresh

Decent hotel with a good option of family rooms. Close to Rameshwaram temple and Agni teertham spot. Good breakfast as well. Only downside is that the dinner preparation at the restaurant is very very bad and needs to be improved a lot!

The location and the facilities are good. The staff also behaves well. But the one , I think he is the manager, who occupies the room near the reception is rude and not customer friendly

The property offers good spacious clean rooms and it's nearer to the Temple. However, the staff are rigid and non cooperative and the food quality is below average. If you have long lead time to take your bus/train, then would suggest not to opt for this property else go for it.

hotel is good, location also good but toilet Flush is not working , AC is not working on proper way.

Well spacious rooms but had a bit of a dam smell which might be due the sea side property . Food was good . The waiters are very hospitable

Power supply often come and go for 2 hours. They were not using Generator. From morning 8.30 am the receptionist often call and send messages that when you vacated your room. Restaurant incharge also talks roughly. But rooms are well maintained

My family and I went and booked 2 rooms. One room had a very bad smell, and we asked the staff to either change the room or fix the issue. The response we got was that we can't do anything and we need to adjust.

The room were clean, bathrooms were clean and it was near to the temple, what else anyone need? The care taker was very sweet and helpful, he guided the things very well. If in future if we visit Thiruvananthapuram then definitely would like to stay at the same hotel.

2 night stay for temple visit. rooms are average Restaurant is bit pricy. since no better restaurants are not in the vicinity we have to depend on that. 5 tea and 3 watermelon juice costs Rs 760.

The staff doesn't even know anything about hospitality. illogical responses given, especially by the manager I would recommend no one this hotel, as they are capable to spoil anyone's mood. my complete family of 4 felt bad about how they behaved.
