Good property
Property was really good, location is just walking distance from main market. Rooms were neat n clean. At the time of checkin they denied by giving an excuse that now owner of property has been changed and property is no more listed so i called to care and by the time they allow us to checkin. And mmt care was really helpful, they also assured me that if i still face any issues they will resolve it.

Booked room not available
familyRoom booked was not provided to us saying did not update the booking in the system. We were given ordinary rooms. Since we were with our younger ones we had no option but to accept. But this looks like a trick to sell better rooms at higher rates on the go. On positive side, this is close to the market. Premises are clean, rooms are spacious but the washrooms very dirty, even after informing they did not clean

Overall property was ok, but service was very very poor, no room service, stayed 2, nights, no soap, nothing, bathroom stinks a lot, i faced lot of trouble and also room was full for what i paid w hike check in. Overall very bad highly not re-commanded guys

Stay was good. Room was nice. Cleanliness was ok except for towels that had bugs. No room service so don't expect one. Nice n lonely place. Good for couples. Weak wifi doesn't connect in room

Terrible Stay
Water problem, taps were broken, mattresses was in bad condition really very bad not worth.

I like this hotel and location also big space room with air condition and extra space next of your doors to use for seating also helpful staff and manager good service

Very bad room was not clean but on our request they have changed our room and shifted us in to other room.

Hotel was overall good in stay and cleanliness
Location was excellent as was near Matheran main market and gardens.

Not worth, very basic and low profile hotel. Sorry lodge
The price per day which is too much. Hotel staff was decent, but no service or facility available at the hotel. No food, no games for kid, in short nothing.
