There were bugs everywhere including rooms, they are charging extra pool charges 250 rs per person

Sadly there is no connectivity throughout the hotel. Wifi is not available as this comes in distant village area. Taste at dinner was very very poor. Breakfast was comparatively good. Rooms are big, but zero hygiene is washroom, broken taps, tiles etc. Hotel telecom not working and hence the room service

We in a group of 9 people stayed there on 16-17 july 2022. Stay experience was very bad. Flush in toilets were not working. Water was leaking in indoor ac units. Temperature control through remote was also not working. Water in swimming pool was very dirty and smelling like rotten fishes. Food was good. Subhash sharma

But maintenance and neat and cleanliness are very poor. Amenities are not sufficient. Environment of swimming pool, bar and restaurant are not at all suitable for family.

A simple resort type hotel with all basic facilities. Staff is helpful.

Very nice but bathroom mirror was very bad and light was not working. No hot water in taps because of cloudy day and solar panels were not working.

The location was very good but services was not satisfactory. My rooms air conditioner was leaking but no one was come to sort out that issue. Curtains was not there on windows. No doubt food was good.

All over good place, nice atmosphere & good and royal interior. But too much away from city but good and nice place to stay with your family & friends also in affordable cost, one time must watch and try.

Location is very easily accessible and is visible from the highway, there are several road displays leading up to the place and it is also marked on Google maps. The rooms are awesome. Very very spacious, and very well Decorated. And the balcony has a view of the waterfall, which is superb.

They provide us blankets which are used in very cheap class hotels .. Room was awesome. But hospitality was not good at all .. The attendant was arrogant ... Location is good .. They must improve hospitality which is not up to the mark

Booked the resort for 2 nights. Had to cut down the stay to one night. Room was not what was shown in pics. Had to upgrade to their costliest room. That room also had a dysfunctional flush and dirty bathroom. Got the bathroom cleaned under personal supervision and then realised that flush is not working. Their plumber attempted to repair the thing for an hour and then I gave it up on the flush. Asked him to go so that we could have some peace. Do not go this resort. Just waste of money. Might as well give the money in charity than going to this resort. Charity will give you more peace of mind.

The location of hotel is very nice but only for rainy season as it is on the opposite site of waterfall. Just now their was no water in the waterfall. Rates are very high as the hotel management should review accordingly to the season. Staff was also cooperative, but service was not satisfactory. Like to visit again in rainy season to view these beautiful location.
