Review Of Mellow Ladies Hostel

Nice cozy and comfortable stay with good food and people. Walkable distance to the cliff, two wheeler reat options are just opposite to the property

Good location wise, walkable distance to North cliff and beaches. Have a few local eat outs nearby. Amenities were good. Lighting in rooms to be improved and it will be good to have someone to help with luggage if needed by travellers.

The stay was too clean and comfortable. The washrooms were well maintained with a good cafe for quick grab

We stayed for two nights at the hostel(6 sharing) and it was an amazing experience. If I have to review in detailed of the amenities, it would be- Bed/Dorm - 10/10 (it was clean and well maintained) Washroom- 9/10 (it was a sharing bathroom between 6 people so yeah) Shower room - 10/10 (hair dryers and toiletries are provided) Laundry- 6/10 (paid option but my clothes weren’t cleaned properly despite charging around ₹30 per cloth) Lounge area- 9/10 (met new people and a lively, calm area) Location- 7/10 (we walked till the beach and it was about a 15m walk) Cafe- 9/10 (try their coffees) Overall, really satisfied w the stay.

I stayed in Mellows ladies hostel in Varkala during my recent trip.The room was nice and clean.Lighting could be made more brighter.Washrooms have to be improved.There is no security guard at night which seemed less secure to me

Overall had a very good experience at Mellows , this is the best choice at an affordable range, the staffs were friendly and good maintenance even the food at the bistro were great for the prices

It was a decent stay except there is no proper lighting in the rooms and the washroom cleanliness is not maintained well.

Everything was nice. The rooms and the beds were nice and comfortable. one thing is there were no proper light facilities in the main room. Other than that everything was nice.

Stayed at Mellow Bistro Ladies Hostel after work—really comfy place! The staff were friendly, and I got to meet some amazing friends too. Felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a chill place to stay.

We were not given the separate room like they promised and the food in the bistro was also average. There was no space to keep things and the light was also very dim.

1. hospitality was so good 2. ⁠room was comfortable to stay. i really had a good sleep 3. ⁠bathroom can be maintained more neatly 4. ⁠the room doesn’t have fan and light. there were only bed lights which was not easy. 5. ⁠to get ready, there could be a mirror in room. each time need to go to washroom to get ready. which was very uneasy. 6. ⁠manager was so polite and helpful. so as the staffs.

Fantastic stay for female backpackers. Very clean rooms. A cafe is there. Perfect location with an auto m stand just opposite the building. Overall highly recommended.

I found this property through make my trip. Checked it reviews and get satisfied. The stay was amazing. The room were very clean, hygiene, spacious with separate cupboard facilities. We opted 4 dormitory room. The care takers were very cooperative and loving. It has a separate cafe in the ground floor for all but stay is only for females. We tried only some drinks from there and it was tasty they provide the necessary help like provided rental scooter, helping us to find a proper itenary etc. The main aishu, a love-able person. They have security service in night it was a perfect option for ladies who need to explore varkala

Found the property through google maps and the place was affordable and worth the money. Had good experience and the people were very friendly.

The bunk beds had curtains! this handy extra really helped with privacy and keeping out the light.

Hey ! i travel-led varkala for the first time. And i m glad i choose to stay at mellow hostel. It was a great stay and the staff were also very co operative. Over all a nice experience with clean and neat washrooms, safety lockers, free wi-fi in-house. Thankyou you made our trip the best !
