Pathetic experience i have faced in this stay. First of all this is not a hotel this is a faltu property 2 bhk without any privacy and security guard, hot water issue in winter, power back up lift will not work most of the times, it's 10kms far from jodhpur city in some village. Pathetic owner response in any issue, extension will not work you have to go all the way downstairs for any order and your order will not be ready till 3-4 reminder. Zero rating from my end. I booked for 2 days but checked out on some hours. My money totally wasted as they didn't refund amount.

First of all, the hotel room was allotted in some different building and someone else's premises. No towel, no soap, no water bottle arrangements. Had to follow up a lot for every small service no room service. Electricity went off and no alternate arrangements for hot water wtc. Any update?

The staff is unfriendly and not supportive. They are not responding on phone and no room service available. Pathetic hotel, please remove from make my trip. They tell that if you book directly then we will provide better service, as we booked through make my trip hotel people just ignore us. No remote for tv and ac. No one at reception. No toiletries as described in the booking has been provided

If you are planning to book this hotel. You should be going to avoid this as hotel location if almost 13 km far from main city. Hotel has no kitchen if you are ordering food they will be going to provide you from local dhaba. Moreover, I have booked this hotel with all meal breakfast, lunch and dinner however they stright away denied to provide at the time of check in. And charge me extra 1000+120 GST to provide lunch and dinner. Thankfully MMT has generated refund against which I paid extra to hotel just to maintain their good will due to hotel falls commitment. Hotels staff only provided me breakfast for 2 persons include in room charges, where they have provided 2 mirchi vada, one bread packet along with quater quantity of Amul butter MRP 56 2 cup of tea. If you really don't want to spoil your vacation please go for other available option in main town.
