Overall good experience hotel members were cooperative

Room was ok, hotel is located in good palce near of assi ghat. Fan is not working propery of my room then i change the room

It was very useless. Geyser wash basin was nothing dirty bed and dirty room

Well maintain hotel, very near to assi ghaat, staff is very polite and helping.

There was no dustbin in room. No hot water supply.

Staff were very supportive and friendly. Very close proximity to ghats and market. Location is also good. Street food also available nearby.

I stayed in Marilyn Guest House in Varanasi 8th of December 19. Welcoming by manager was fantastic room was enough size with windows. Bathroom was attached with hot shower. This was the worth price what I paid. We recommend to stay here. Thanks, Shushant Mishra Balia.

I booked for AC room but there was no AC room available and I have got a non AC, small and dirty room without any facilities.

The hotel is nice and staff is well behaved. Location is good. Near Banaras Hindu University and the Ganga Ghat.

Where is the zero option for rating this cheater hotel? I am writing this review not to earn Rs 200 cash back but to make an alert for other customers. This hotel manager or owner whatever I call is an imposter. When we booked the hotel saw a large cozy room picture via MMT, but reality was disappointing. When we reached there we are offered small room, only provided with bed. Not a single room have ceilings fan, they are arranging table fan or pedestal fan. No chair no mirror.

Hotel is good in money is very cheap but there is problem regarding rooms not that maintain. But overall experience was okay, you get free wi-fi and rooftop cafe which is really a good thing we always in search off.

The Guest house is run in a most unprofessional way and most customer unfriendly way. However the behaviour of the manager was polite. Regular cleaning of rooms and toilets is not done. On one day before leaving the rooms for tour, we deposited the keys with the manager for cleaning. But the guest house management shifted the baggage from one of our rooms without prior intimation to another room. we came to know about this only on returning to guest house late in the night. On the same day we requested them to provide us dinner. They kept the meals prepared but they were not having crockery like plates and bowls for taking dinner. We found that a Sony digital camera was missing. This camera was in the baggage that was shifted by the Guest house management. We could not lodge a complaint regarding this while at Varanasi as we checked only after leaving Varanasi.

The moment we arrived, we were taken to another small lodge and made to stay there. This manager was such a fraud that he did not pay the lodge people where we were staying in and we had to pay more money before leaving. Please don't book here people.
