Review Of Manthra Hotel

My room was downgraded without prior intimation claiming that they did not had a confirmation from MMT. No manager or front office guy to take responsibility. Only few floor boys who worked really hard to deliver better experience in their capacity but had limitations. Though breakfast was complimentary with room, I was still charged for the same. No clue why. They claimed restaurant and hotel are not connected. Room was okay and clean but restaurant was extremely dirty. Bathroom accessories like bucket nug were broken. AC wasn't working. Overall an average hotel. Maximum 1 star. Definitely not 3 star as claimed

It was a great experience to stay at Manthra Hotel , Rooms are too good and fresh . It is a pocket friendly hotel for family and friends. I would recommend to stay here if you are in Basavkalyan .

The hotel is very new and nice rooms. But the ac was not working, the pillows were very bulky, the TV has only TCL free channels, and there is warm water for a few minutes and then you have to take bath with cold water

The Manthra Hotel in Basavakalyan is a newly developed property. The location of the property is really good. They have a veg restaurant. They should provide more options in the complementary breakfast

The stay was really good. The support staff was very kind and cooperative. Good food and hygienic rooms. Hotel manager was well spoken and very helpful
