totally waste of money . totally best of money staff is not good. rooms and washroom are dirty

bedsheet was looking dirty. staff behavior was good. location was good. they do provide kettle for own use but they made water hot in morning when asked to do so.

Property is closed, when call to customer care then hotel open, hotel room smelled, not good condition

lights are not working in the room. evening water is too hot as mixture fittings not working properly. phone is not working and room is on 3rd floor so i have to go by my own to call any help. lights are on throughout the night as no switches available to close them…

Hotel mangalam inn, bareilly is situated in good location. Ambience was satisfactorily maintained and clean. However, hotel was not having lunch and dinner facilities. There was not enough space in the room to accommodate third person. 3. 3. Please initiate process of 50% concession as promised by your executive during conversation regarding cancellation of our previous hotel booking at bareilly.

The behavior of staff is to much bad and according to the cost there is no facilities available there

It was good. Rooms are clean but should be improve in washroom quality and maintanence. Venues was also nice. Thanks
