Review Of Mandakini Eco Tourist & Traking Camp

It's located in a very great location. There are 3 hosts in this property. Harish is one of them. Each one of them is so helpful. We even shared foods with them. And also if you want to go to the Tungnath trek starting point there is a separate road from this place. The foods are also very tasty.

the stay is pretty much good.. the location..the food and the comfort is top notch. the person named Kuldeep is very good and ready to help and support anytime. but one major thing is the google map location of this camp is showing after tungnath Trek starting point and where the location is end the side railing of road is broken and one can thought the camp is down hill and this can cause a major accident as people may fall directly into the valley. please update it on Google maps. rest all os very good

Location was good but the facilities are not up to the mark. Spider in bathroom and the kitchen is very far away from our tent and we reached there for meals in heavy rain. Limited option of food. Pros : The staff is so good and cooperative, Specially Mr. Harish and Mr. Negi. Overall experience is average.

You charged heavy amount against the booking but it was not worth. No value for money. Will not book anything from mmt. Worst experience

If you are not bothered with power, connectivity of net and mobile, it is a good location. Service by caretakers was excellent. Food was average. Cleanliness in the tent was poor. Identification of the spot is also difficult. But beauty around the camp was rejoicing.

An avg stay over here, but staff is very good, no wifi, poor network, no electricity, only some solar bulb. So i request to mm t please remove the wifi and mention that the user should come with power backup.

We had our one of the best experience in camp. They provided good services. Whatever we asked them like warm water, charging facility and food they provided immediately. Bathroom facility was also good. The only issue with the location on mm t is wrong.

When i checked in i found it’s way cheaper then mm t selling this property. If you go directly there it’s much convenient and helpful.

Locating mandakini tents was difficult because there was no board at all, moreover there were no phone signals. Rest the stay was comfortable, supporting staff was helpful, serve freshly cooked food. Mandakini eco tent can make it little lively. For small kids it becomes little difficult to stay

Overall it's a great place for single, groups, couples but this is not a hotel. It's a tent camp on a hill with only solar lights at night.

This is a very dirty place, with no power support. I understand it is a forest camp with no electricity but they don't have proper lighting of the camp through solar energy either. There was no other guest still i could not find any service, i wonder if the camp is full how do they serve the guests. The 'caretaker' is least bothered. I had to leave the place on the 2nd day as my partner was not feeling well and the caretaker was blank, he informed that there is no provision to get a doctor, and the nearest town is about 40-50 kms. From the camp. I paid for 2 nights and had to leave early, in a hurry i left my belongings in the tent. Instead of helping me, or refunding tariff for the 2nd day, i receive a call from the caretaker asking me if he can use the belongings that i had left at the camp. Please if you want cleanliness, care and safety, or if you tend to be ill due to cold don't ever book this property, it was a nightmare experience for me.

This camp is relatively near chop-ta compared to other camps. The room hygiene, food quality and service were excellent. The host even arranged for our return transport on short notice on our request. All the 3 meals amare included in the booking amount and the food quality and variety was very good

We travel-led as a group of friends, the host and the caretaker kuldeep bhai was very good and helpful. The guys there are really helpful, their service is good and they care for their guest a lot we had a wonderful stay there and it was very peaceful. The place is nice if you want to spend time in between nature and hills. Very wonderful views from the camp, the tungnath treck is very near. Overall a wonderful experience

It is near tunganath trek but you need 1. 5 km trek to reach starting point of tunganath.
