Raised at mm t but never received a call back as committed so eventually had to change the hotel. This was first time mm t wasn't able to help.

Poor Stay
The room was already booked for someone else, and when i asked to manage a new one they took extra charges and their shower wasn't working as well, they didn't provide soap, plus don't provide any towale for after shower

Poor Stay
Negatives: dirty bed sheet, pillow covers, room and bathroom. Rude staff though owner was cooperative. Positives: spacious parking, good food.

There is pleasure experience staying at man hotel at alawar through makemy trip. There is wonderful experience staying there. Working persons are also very cooperative.

poor hygiene standards and inhospitable staff
familyBoth the room bed sheets were dirty, with hairs and crumbled and broken button. no towels provided. water bottle in room is chargeable. food not good at all. very very average taste. had to call for bed sheet change, towels, water, etc etc. At breakfast only one item is available per guest with one tea, as per their hotel policy, but they don't serve you tea when u order for breakfast. later they say we have to ask for tea at that time. I felt like my family is a burden for them that we went into their hotel. we stayed only one night. checked in late and went out early. not a good experience. yes definately low price. but basic amenities should have been there.

Excellent Stay
aakriti hotels r one of the best place for stay for yatris or the people who r looking for the best i suggest …we r been staying from 3 days the service quality and mainly mr.kuldeep sing manager takes care of all the guests in well mannered … thankyou aakriti management for making us feel so comfortable and making our stay pleasant 😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Good hotel
It is safe, clean (though cleanliness can be improved) and the staff is friendly. But cleanliness and some basic necessities like toilet papers are missing

Hotel is situated at a decent location, but the food quality is not good and the hygiene is also not up to the mark. In terms of safety standards, it goes well. Overall average stay at the hotel, which can be better if the food section is good.

Pathetic place
I didnt check in the hotel as the room was super-dirty and foul smelling with dirty bedsheets and worst toilet area ever. Along with that on asking to change or cl-ran the room owner spoke to me rudely and threatened me as well.

Overall good, but drawback is four storey Hotel without lift, so not so suitable for old And physically weak people And Restaurant is only veg, food is good.
