Owner/Caretaker is very cooperative. Good drinking water provided. Toilets are neat and clean. No extra staff for any service, no tea, no food available inside. Location is very good and very near to Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal, Ramjanam Bhoomi Temple and Hanuman Garhi. Room rates are a bit higher, rooms being very small having very low standard bedding and interiors. Overall experience is good for those couples who love zero disturbance.

We had booked 6 rooms for two nights for a family of 14, including 2 kids. It's my honest opinion that everyone felt at home. There are no star hotel facilities, but with the feeling of being at home - private lawn with tall boundaries, safe and secure, proximity to city centre and at walking distance to Shree Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal and Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Dham. You can take e-rickdhaws that will drop you at main roads close to these holy places. We were allowed to bring cooked food from outside and had dinner together. The proprietor of the property is very polite, ready to help at any time and to the extent possible. Strongly recommend to those who want the feeling of being at a second home within one's budget. Overall a great experience and would love to visit again.

it's great experience for me, I'm lucky to have very supportive host at Ayodhya. host is very kind and behaviour is good. rooms were good. visit Ayodhya and stay at maa yatri niwas as well. I'll definitely recommend this.

This place does not serve food. Even tea is served by an agency in a plastic envelope. Food is not good. Outer gate is always locked and there is no house keeping and room is cleaned after asking. Care taker is polite and tries to help guests. Location is good. Anil Kumar Sharma

Very nice behaviour of this property owner. And ramlala temple and hanuman garhi is from walking distance with this place. His guidance also very good about the nearest temples and locations. Rooms and bathroom was also good overall good service.

Its proximity to the ram temple and other significant sites makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore ayodhya. The standout feature of this homestay is the exceptional service provided by pradeep ji, the owner and caretaker. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. When i arrived late and missed my way, he personally came to the main gate to guide me. His local knowledge is invaluable, as he knows all the shortcuts around the area. Pradeep ji also arranged various services for me, including city tours and temple visits, all at reasonable rates. His hospitality truly made my experience in ayodhya special. A big shoutout to pradeep ji and maa yatri nivas! thank you for your kindness and support during my stay. I will definitely return!
