I have booked ac room but they provided non ac room, no towels , washroom is not up to the mark, overall not worth with payment

1 it was big fraud. This property is not worth living. Very pathetic rooms. No services. Completely breech of trust with the customers. You are cheeting the people by booking such a pathetic home stay. It was nightmare. Completely waste of money. You are charging so much and not providing any facility. No ac no drinking water no mattresses no room service it is like jail. No one should book rooms in such a filthy environment where pigs are roaming around. No. Kindly do not engage for a very pathetic stay which you have provided. It is a criminal breech of trust for which consumer court may be approached.

While booking the hotel ac room was selected but we got non ac room.

Yesterday at the time of checkin at 12 pm we were only allotted one room. The second room was allotted one our later. The third room was allotted to us in the night. None of the rooms were having any ac installed. Even geyser for hot water was functional in only one room. Hangers were also not available in the bathrooms. It was really frustrating staying in an accommodation like that.

Very welcoming and neat and clean room with free water facilities very gentle and 2 min walk from the railway station very pleasant stay on this home stay

This location is very close to ram janm bhumi mandir and hanuman garhi. Distance between home stay and both mandir is around 1km to 1. 5km. This location is bit inside from main road and need assistance from hotel staff to reach there. Further, if you are going by car then it is difficult to reach with no parking. Rooms are fine and need more frequent cleaning. Further, they need to remove hotel stuff kept inside the room. Washrooms are missing with cloth hangers and toilets were indian style. If anyone looking for western toilet then they should enquirer with staff before booking. No pantry, tea or food served here. No dustbin are given which is basis necessity for any hotel stay.

Building and location is good and receiving also good but room cleaning not done they are not available after boarding
