The staff is very friendly and supportive. The usp of the stay is its staff's extreme urge for customer satisfaction be its ask for towel, food, any help needed. I felt at home far away from home. Thank you for a great stay.

Bed sheet and pillow cover was not cleaned. Sleeper was not available for bathroom. Door mat also dirty. If asked for change then staff said that cleaned bed sheet, pillow cover and staff said not available received from laundry. Sleeper and door mat also not available.

Hotel is not good and not properly clean and in hotel smoking small is coming that's why i not like this hotel

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Washrooms were blocked. No hot water supplied. Toilet jet spray was broken. No towels and sanitary things provided.

Everything was available. Kitchen facilities and clean bathrooms. Overall a good experience thank you

Decent location with all basic amenities. Friendly staff specially the owner was very kind to us. The normal check in time is 12 but we reached at around 10 in the morning after waiting for 10 min the owner gave us another room as the hotel was full. A nice gesture. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience in this hotel. Stinky, dirty hotel rooms, unfriendly hotel staff, no 24 hrs water, heater not working apart from that i had to pay for that. If the rating is less than zero then i would have rated. Even the hotel entrance was dirty and the picture is different. Kindly remove this hotel
