We acknowledge that the lift size is smaller, and we will certainly consider your suggestion for a more spacious option in the future. Regarding the bathroom, we will review the possibility of adding a towel hook or rail for added convenience. We also appreciate your comment about the hand wash and will look into adding that as well. The issue with the power plug is noted, and we will explore ways to add more outlets to better accommodate guests.
