it was a self-check in based room. after i checked in, found that i was sent to a different room. called the owner, who asked me to adjust citing reasons of non availability of the selected room and citing that only interior is different and balcony in not there. I room i was allocated, had a pathetic kind of bedding and loud noise from outside made the experience worse. Though the caretaker was nice, the moment i showed him that bed sheet has cigarette burns and toilet seat has a hair spillage, he immediately took action and cleaned it. The room i was allocated was listed for lesser price. however, since didn't had pricing data they sought to believe the owner that pricing is same for the booked and allocated room. owner made a Representation that no option to accept booking . hence, owner could not do anything.
