This luxora hotel and spa is situated in a calm environment. Very neat and clean. The staff are very gentle. Food is also good and tasty. We had both breakfast and dinner. Me and my family enjoyed staying here.

Terrible experience

I reached the hotel at 2:30 am night. I had booked for 2 +1 stay and was with my wife, her brother and 6 month baby. The guy said that he ll no provide room to 2 male and a female. If so it shud be mentioned in the make my trip app. He also told he doesn't give check in at night. But "right now" booking option was availae in make my trip. The guy was forcing to cancel the booking from app and book 2 room, directly from the hotel. As it was night 2am i was not in a mood to discuss much with him. So my wife's brother slept in my car and we slept in room. Thou i spend money for 3, i got to use only for 2

1. They didnt provide breakfast due to booking 2. Check-out time is 24 hour for that hotel normally but they denied due to booking. If possible you have to initiate and resolve

Hotel is outside the City but closer to the Airport. Room was clean And tidy. Washroom is hygienic. The property is new so, hygiene And cleanliness is taken care nicely. Staff was cooperative as even the kitchen was closed the staff managed to arrange the food.
