    Great stay . The rooms are spacious . You won’t get a view though . The staff is very cordial . We checked in quite late but the staff at reception was very welcoming . The breakfast spread was excellent but then I think there is some confusion in terms of taking the order and executing it . They can work on the same as we have order twice and both the times the stuff delivered was not how we prescribed . Otherwise everything is just too good at the hotel .

    Had a worst nightmare staying at this hotel..So I checked into their hotel on 23rd August..Room was fine but after midnight around 1 a.m, AC stopped working..After struggling for around 1 and a half hour, they finally upgraded our room.Though I have informed them prior to give me a good room but still have to go through all of this.They thought after 90 minutes of delay upgrading me to a better room was a recovery.They need to learn hospitality school lessons first. No one senior met me in the morning during my departure.

    Location is Ok- no signboard on mainroad, every chance to miss their lane. Food- So..So... you can manage. Amenities & Services: Miserable. If u can sleep on the beds provided comfortably- you are fortunate. You will not get even 100 ml water extra for drinking in room service beyond their SOP. Faucet of commode are fitted with reverse mirror engineering- in left side, metal covered- if it reaches up to your ____ and u can do your ____ work in right hand than absolutely fine.

It took them an unreasonable amount of time to process a room change, despite multiple complaints about the unhygienic conditions. Even after paying for 5 adults on make my trip i paid extra despite that they gave a servant like mattress for third person not even a bad and at night they offer to refund the amount and in morning they denied
