Review Of Le Grace Residency

The room was fine, Location were Near to a Lake, No foods In the Stay and the It was not cleaned ,cleanliness could have been better.

The reception person is good and responsible because of him we adjusted and stayed for the day. But the hotel is horrible not at all recommended for family.we have booked a triple luxury rooms but not at all worth it. They will say king size bed but there will be queen size only and they ask us to adjust. don't book for family.no room service and nothing , even the bathroom mats also not available . Full of foul smell every where with ciggarate smells and mosquito in the room. You can't even go by lift because of bad smell. NOT WORTH FOR FAMILY.

very terrible experience. air conditioning not working properly. they were replaced three rooms but three rooms same issues. not clean too much bugs

Worst stay ever. The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and nothing worked properly. Very poor service and zero value for money. I’ll definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst hotel ever i stayed dirty hotel

Worst hotel and worst service and worst staffs.

There is no maintenance in the hotel. The bed sheets are not changed, the water heater is not working, the walls are not painted properly, the room is dusty.
