Location is prime but hotel services and Complimantray are horrible to say.

room was not so clean, I booked an standard room but they offered double bed room. Bathroom was so dirty.

Reasonably okay hotel for a place like shrirampur. Created infrastructure is good. Need to be bit more professional in maintenance aspects.

No breakfast, washroom not clean, intercom not available, food quality ok

Hotel manager mr. Rushi, is very arrogant with customer, he doesn’t care about customers. Very bad property. About breakfast, no buffe only one item upama is served very bad experience & poor customer service.

Because I booked , no complementary breakfast was provided, otherwise on counter/ over phone booking they are providing breakfast at same rate what I paid . Secondly on early checking they charged me extra 30℅ of booking amount which I could have avoided on direct booking. Any how hotel & stay was comfortableThanks.

Rooms are clean, check in is hassfle free, food is good, only need to improve on washroon maintainence of locks and taps

Pillow smelled like it had been slept on before so got a new fresh one and many stains on the bed sheets and pillow

In a small town like shrirampur this is a good option to stay.

Best stay arrangement is shrirampur taluka, nice food pure veg food and nice service, only improvement is the rooms maintainance needs to be improved. Cleanliness is good and small suggestion that tea and coffee should be served in flask else it becomes lukewarm by the time it comes to the room

Hugely avoidable. Better to sleep on a footpath. Extremely poorly maintained with zero facilities. Zero maintenance.
