Property good. Food below average. Housekeeping average. Hygiene understanding of staff - It seems they lack training. Old fashioned ways of handling the things, crockery. Inability to understand the food order. Supplying differently from order given. Only few items from the menu available.

Excellent, peaceful & pleasant surroundings. Caretaker Mr. Balwant is very supportive & helping. Food is awesome & reminds one of home food!Staff is very PROMPT & service is very good. Highly recommended to everyone.

We stayed for 2 days. Stay was very comfortable & soothing. Mr. Balwant, the caretaker was very nice & hospitable. He took care of everything about tenants. View was excellent, food was like home . VERY NICE STAY....

The rooms were neat and clean. The food served was tasty. The staff was very quick and polite, especially Sh. Balwant ji (property manager) taking care of everyone personally makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place has a decent parking, good Wifi connectivity. Overall a very well managed property at an awesome location.

very good stay everyone was helpful they have facility to accomodate 4 person in a room but everyone had to book separate rooms as two persons only why, not known

Food and service are pathetic. Dirty bedding and toilet. When we ask to clean, staff started misbehaving. Total wastage of money. On the name of complementary breakfast they gave paratha and sandwich only. Don't go this resort.

Location was easy to find and view from room was awesome. Good lawn outside our cottage to enjoy an evening. Food quality was also good. Felt the need to have extra fan during night. Rest of was all good.

The stay at la serene is one of the amazing ones. The best view, the best services, the best staff you can vouch for. Food is something which they can work on but that’s fine since they are themselves learning and improving.

The property is very clean and tidy. Away from the hustle bustle of the city in the lap of nature. The cottages are exactly the same as the pictures on the site. Staff is very polite and helping. Food prepared is fresh and the freshly made gulab jamun were a cherry on the top. The mesmerizing view from the cottage is the most precious. Each and every cottage has a scenic view.

The hospitality by the whole staff is excellent. Also the morning breakfast is also served hot and very nice. The room we stayed in was spacious, neet and tidy, socially the washrooms are big and with all the necessary amenities. Just the issue with the mobile network but had a facility of wifi. Overall great experience.

Rooms are good to stay but there was a problem in terms of hot water, gyser was not available in bathroom. Food was also good but the staff of serving food was not as per the standard because they were ignoring items which was already mentioned in menu. Overall, it was the nice experience.
