Poor Stay
I recently stayed at La Casa Hotel and would like to share my experience. Positives: The hotel was neat and clean, which made the stay comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were of average size but well-maintained. Basic amenities were available in the room, which was convenient Areas for Improvement: I tried the dal and rice combo from the in-house dining; unfortunately, the taste was below average. Hospitality was average — I would rate it around 3 out of 5. The hotel is located slightly inside from the main road, so finding it initially was a bit tricky. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay if you're looking for cleanliness and basic comfort. However, there is room for improvement, especially in food quality and service

Terrible Stay

Dear Bharat Ji, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to high rush at the hotel at that day, we agree we provided you check in at 12:30 pm. You had two rooms, we gave one room at 11 am only (1 hour before our check in time). The guy at reception was never trying to be in high tone. Maybe, it was some misunderstanding. We are always there for our guests and try to cater all the services in time. Maybe, it was a bad time for us and hence this problem came. Looking forward for your next visit too. Excellent Stay
Clean, neat and spacious rooms with very courteous staff. A range of menu similar to home cooked food. This was my second visit within 2 months and would stay next time as well.

Good Stay
Hotel was very good location was very good the only problem was that there was no parking available with the hotel, you have to park your vehicle at road or near by, 1.Food was good. 2. Location is good, near by to Patrakar Puram Circle. 3.Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. 4. Only issue is parking. Overall very good property and will be happy to visit again.

Excellent Stay
Had a great experience. The rooms were clean, staff was polite, and service was prompt. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. A few minor improvements could be made in highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Overall positive. Could be more consistent.
Pleasant and hygienic place to stay. Peaceful locality. Timely service given. Food quality can be improved, they may use more fresh ingredients for breakfast items. Overall experience is positive.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid La Casa Residency”
I had a very bad experience staying at La Casa Residency. The rooms were extremely small and nothing like what was shown in the pictures online. Despite the heat, the hotel didn’t even have basic facilities like cold RO drinking water. One of the weirdest things was that their kitchen was closed during peak hours—from 3 PM to 7 PM. Most guests who come on holiday don’t have fixed meal timings, so this was a huge inconvenience. We had to order food from outside multiple times. Overall, the facilities were poor, and the stay was far from comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please think twice before booking—it’s really not worth it.

You chose deluxe room which is smaller in size as compared to other room categories. We do have Cold RO water. We will surely give if asked. The bed sheets were not cleaned, towel provided was smelly and washroom was in worst condition. Avoid this property.

i stayed for 2 nights in La Casa and the stay was very pleasant... staff is very polite and supportive.. all services were provided without any delay..location of hotel is very good as it is close to market.. i will definitely stay again there whenever i visit lucknow
