There was complimentary breakfast included in the booking. However, due to our requirements, we had to leave early. The hotel staff didn’t even consider providing us packed breakfast even though that was included in the package. We even requested them to provide fruits on the night for the kids travelling with us. Even that was denied. Very poor staff.

Stay was pleasent and rooms are big. Location is on national highway and ample of space for walking with in the hotel compund. Breakfast was good and staff is very much cooperative. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

It was a great stay. Excellent ambience, fresh air and surrounded by nature. No trafic sound, no disturbance, It's completely peace across.

The room is not cleaned properly. Service is poor. Staff behaviour is not good at all. The toilet is not cleaned. Drainage systems are not working properly. Overall a very bad experience

The hotel is situated at a serene and much needed location but it comes with a huge cost. Tea is 60 rupees, MRP 20 water bottle will be billed 30 and on top of it GST charges on everything. Pros: Good food Clean room Photogenic location Good for family vacations

This hotel is on highway. It has plenty of car parking, I can't count that much. Ambience is good. A good amount of money, space and heart has been spent on hotel and restaurants. It basically is a marriage hall/resort. Rooms are spacious, well maintained. Refrigerator and kettle were working. They provide soap and shampoo etc in hand dispensers. Toiletteries provided are toothpaste n brush, comb. No room sleepers. Washroom is avg sized with no partition between shower area and rest. Hot water available at 6 am too. Pressure of water Bathroom's finishing had lacunae and didn't match the finesse of rooms or rest of hotel. It's door was stained n dirty and shower area lacked glass partition. Restaurants have a great ambiance. There is also an outside sitting area which is also highly recommend for its ambience and music.Staff are well behaved and well versed with food/menu esp at restaurant . Gobhi 65 and lemon coriander were very tasty. Spring rolls were having sweet sauce in it. Even daal maakhani was sweet in taste and so obviously we couldn't finish the daal. May be people here like sweetness in their dishes like in gujrat, I can't say.

overall good experience. nice property- highway touch. good rooms. cleanliness of washroom rooms and service can be improved. restaurant service is slow. food is tasty. ample parking space. 10% discount on food and beverages shown on MMT is misleading as its not in allignment with hotel as the manager refused to give it. recommend only for 1 night stay on the way.

Saturday night dinner was chaos. Kitchen was unable to cope and dinner took forever to come. The food was awful!! Breakfast options were limited and quality of food poor. Avoid this place if you can.

I booked one room with double occupancy for 25-Dec-24 on 24-Dec-24 night. My family was moving from Lepakshi to Pune, and we were before time than anticipated. I called the Ilkal Hotel at 12:45 PM to request to move this booking from Hotel Ilkal to Vijayapura/Solapur or any Kyriad hotel near Pune. I was on my way and the ETA to Ilkal hotel was 3:45 PM. I also agreed to pay the difference if the other property room costs more. However, I was told that it is not permitted. Then, I requested to allow lunch for two people at Ilkal in lieu of the hotel booking, as we were not going to stay at the hotel. I was talking to the manager Simon. He told that he was talking to Ms. Shweta from Kyriad Corporate. When I spoke to Shweta, she told me she was from the revenue team and could not help in such matters. My room was booked with complimentary breakfast, so the hotel had to provide me the breakfast on 26-Dec morning, which I was not going to avail as I was moving to Pune. But there was no cooperation from the hotel staff or management.

Location was great, need improvement in room cleanliness and services. Amenities are good, centre location between pune and bangalore or mysore.

The hotel is located on highway. The stay was excellent. The rooms are neat and clean. And are comfortable. The staff was very good. Badami, pattadakal and ihole are not very far from this location. Even the restaurant at the location is very nice, but little slow service. We had breakfast included in the package, which was also ok.

I booked from make my trip. Before going to hotel, tried calling in hotel for conformation, nobody was there to attend, after long time one person replied that was also in hurry, not so polite, also he said nothing came from make my trip n ignored. I weighted on bus stand for one hour tried calling them, finally hevsaid ok come the room is comformed. When reached nobody was there to attend properly, full night some louder sound coming from other rooms, like some people running from here m there n all mess. Overall third class experience.

The property is located close to the highway, but separate from it by by its 100 mtr road, so the traffic s mouse doesnt disturb the guests. The rooms are large shaving all amenities. Its restaurant provided good food. The staff is very friendly.

Spent 2 nights. The first night being saturday was complete chaos. The service staff, despite their best efforts, couldn't cope up. It took 1 hour to get dinner, which was awful! thankfully, sun-day night was better. The rooms are ok, though our request for extra pillows was completely ignored. Stay, if you can't avoid the halt, otherwise, drive through.
