Hotel rooms are good and hygienic and food is tasty. Service is good and response also good

Location great as it is perched on a hill overlooking Almatti dam & Krishna river below it - especially ideal in monsoon months. Food was good, but service slow & maintenance not to the mark. Overall value for its moderate price

The room given has damp wall. The AC was not working and the fan was placed on the wall....Food quality and service was good though. The staff is very courteous. The rooms need to be maintained properly

Location is great, food is good, staffing is strict and friendly, prefer to book cottage rooms for views. 1 day stay is sufficient.

Ambience food quality and hospitality was excellent.

Location is amazing. Great view of Krishna river, dam and surrounding area from Cottages. Food and staff service are good. But, other amenities like room furniture, air conditioner requires maintenance bath rooms are disappointing. Nearby Luv Kush Garden is very well maintained.

There is no cp, why u charged for that, it was just itly, vada and upma, pl make a refund. Towels were hanging on rails for drying on first floor corridors, giving a shabby look

Kstdc hotel myur krishna almatty, is good but staff is not well communicative, and food suppliers are not good, they talk very rudely, they all have full of rudeness. I don't think they will improve their communication skills,

Good location overlooking the river and dam. Nice rooms which can be done up for a more modern look and amenities. The restaurant serves delicious food, served by very efficient staff. The location is scenic but can be made more traveller friendly with ramps instead of steps to the cottages. The road to the premises can be black topped. The staff in the premises is very efficient and deserves a special mention. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Location is very picturesque, over looking almatti dam and the krishna river. We get nice view of dam gardens across the river. One can see the road and railway bridges cutting across the krishna river.

Ambiance is good, location out standing, but service, and management is very low, bath room, bed room filled with dust, please improve

The stay was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and we had no problem at all during our stay. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway from blore!

Property is good at excellent location but not properly maintained. Staff is not trained. Poor hospitality. Limited options for food menu and available in specific time slots. No room service. Frequent power cut at our room due to tripping. As it's only hotel in almaty it's crowded and over rated. Food taste is average. Not child friendly.

Excellent place for short holiday cottage with gallery overlooking the dam and krishna river and almatti garden. Among dense jungle and lots of variety of bird and temples. Good food served with reasonable rate. All staff cooperative
