The resort location is excellent. The food quality was good. But the rooms are in pathetic condition. AC doesn't work and management is not at all keen to listen to your complaints. But they keep pastering to switch off Geyser AC etc even if you are in room.

Location great as it is perched on a hill overlooking Almatti dam & Krishna river below it - especially ideal in monsoon months. Food was good, but service slow & maintenance not to the mark. Overall value for its moderate price
