My recent stay at this premium property within a fort's premises was an enchanting journey back in time. The aesthetics and ambiance were remarkable, offering a glimpse into a historical era. The property's architecture and design truly transported me to another world, making the stay an extraordinary experience. The service provided was impeccable; the staff was attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. Their dedication added significantly to the overall enjoyment of the stay. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The rooms, while beautifully designed, lacked certain essential amenities like a mini fridge or other facilities that one might expect for the price paid. The addition of these amenities would undoubtedly elevate the comfort level for guests. Moreover, while the food quality was good overall, the minimal variety and the excessively high prices were disappointing. Although the taste was commendable, the limited options didn't justify the steep pricing. Despite these minor drawbacks, the property's historical charm and exceptional service made the stay memorable. With some enhancements in room amenities and a reconsideration of the pricing and variety of food options, this property could easily reach its full potential and offer an even more fulfilling experience to its guests.

This Wada 1 is a real gem in the necklace of Wada 1 in the aihole-pattadakal-badami area. Meticulously designed, both exterior and interior of the premises are masterpieces and specimen of the flawless sense. The Wada 1 remains unnoticed till the last bend of the road and suddenly appears out of the mess of the dilapidated temples and mean abodes of the locals. This striking contrast is amazing and is comprehended as embodiment of the essence of india. The Wada 1 manager, jagdish ji, is very polite, helpful and ever smiling person devoted to his duties. Local food provided by the Wada 1 is simple but very tasty and complements the spirit of the place. Highly recommended!

Lovely location surrounded by the village and temples. Lovingly restored old fortress. Very tastefully lit up at nightand artifacts strewn about make it like you are in a living museum. Excellent food, felt like a home cooked meal along with a nice touch of local cuisine like jowar roti.

Property is very beautiful. Its a heritage with all facilities. The food served was traditional south indian simple homemade taste. Delicious food. Staff is very polite and friendly. We had a amazing time.

Property and rooms are excellent. But food is not at all to the mark. Everyone staying with us went to other near by restaurants for food. . Vacation without food is not good

Stay was quiet well! staff was so humble. They dont have dinner and all. If you have orders they will make it for you!
